No. In Africa, Embassy of Estonia in Cairo is the only representation where you can apply for D-visa to Estonia.
Applications are examined and decided within 30 days from the date of lodging.
No. You can take your passport with you and fly back to your home country to wait for the visa decision. If you are granted a visa, you will have to bring the passport back to our Embassy in Cairo.
