Time flies – this year was already the 4th in a row to organize the Baltic Plus Festival, which gives us a wonderful opportunity to introduce our history and culture to the Egyptian movie lovers. It is hard to imagine a better setting for such an event as the beautiful garden of the Polish Embassy.
On June 7th, the Estonian movie “The Little Comrade” 2018, was screened. It tells us a story of love for a family, human drive for freedom and search for the truth through the eyes of a 6-years old girl – all against the backdrop of the Stalinist tyranny of the early 1950ies in Estonia.
